Chicken fillet in sesame crust with bok choy


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken breast (about 125 g), egg (beaten), sesame seeds, stir-fry oil, noodles (pack a 500 g), bok choy (in strips), sweet soy sauce and vinegar.

Directions

  1. Spread chicken filet with salt and pepper, remove through egg and then press in sesame seeds on both sides.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in small frying pan and chicken fillet gently in 10-12 min.
  3. Cook in a small pan with plenty of water for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat 1 oil in woks and stir-fry for 1 min.
  5. Add ketchup, vinegar and 3 tbsp water and heat gently for 3 min.
  6. Drain in the strainer and transfer to plate.
  7. Prepare paksoi and place chicken breast next to it..
