Sesame prawns with ginger orange salsa
Prawns with sesame marinade and a sauce of orange and ginger.

Clean the orange and grate the orange peel. Mix the rasp with 1 tbsp ginger syrup from the jar of voice ginger, the oil and soy sauce.

Dab the shrimps dry with kitchen paper and scoop with the marinade. Leave to marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Light the barbecue.

Remove the rest of the peel from the orange and cut the orange slices with a sharp knife between the skins, collect the juice.

Cut the segments into pieces and put together with the juice in a bowl.

Slice the stem ginger and chives. Add with the oil to the orange and mix into a salsa.

Place the grill woks above the hot coals on the barbecue grill. Remove the shrimp from the marinade and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Fry the prawns for 6 minutes in the grill wok. Change regularly. Spread over a flat dish and divide half of the ginger orange salsa over it.

Sprinkle the prawns with the sesame seeds and serve. Serve the rest of the salsa separately.
