Little chicken with mushrooms and mini-jelly
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken breast fillet (350 ml), chicken breasts (about 375 g), mini-jars (450 g), petit pains (brown (4 pieces)), winter roots (bag a 1 kg), mushroom stir-fry mix (400 g), olive oil and curry powder.

Bring the broth to the boil with 2 pots of water.

Add chicken breasts and gently cook chicken in 15 min.

Add 10 min.

Minikrile and boil for 5 min.

Remove chicken fillet from stock.

Bake in a preheated oven according to instructions on the packaging.

Clean carrots and cut into slanted slices.

2 tableset green vegetables from stir-fry mix.

Boil olive oil in a large pan and stir-fry 3 minutes.

Add mushroom stir-fry and fry for 2 minutes.

Add curry powder, broth and minikrile and simmer for approx.

5 minutes.

Divide chicken with 2 forks into pieces.

Make chicken by vegetable mixture and spread over 4 large bowls, sprinkle with green vegetables and serve with petit pain..
