Spinach salad with cherries and basil


Spinach salad with cherries, string beans, hazelnuts, feta and basil dressing

Directions

  1. Put the basil leaves, vinegar and oil in a high cup and puree with the hand blender into a dressing. Season with pepper and salt.
  2. Cut the shallots into thin rings. Chop the hazelnuts roughly. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the shallot for 2 min.
  3. Add the hazelnuts, string beans, pepper and salt and cook for 6 minutes on medium heat. Change regularly.
  4. Add half of the spinach and let it shrink in 1 min. Divide it over a large serving dish and scoop the rest of the spinach through.
  5. Sprinkle the spinach salad with the basil dressing, crumble the cheese over it and place the cherries on it. Sprinkle with pepper and serve. Bon appétit! .
