Sausage onion skewers


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, cervelat sausage (fine (a 250 g)), Tuscan sausages (bowl 270 g), red onions, chestnut mushrooms (box 250 g), flat parsley ((a 20 g), finely chopped), garlic (pressed) and olive oil.

Directions

  1. Cut the cervelat sausage into 6 slices and cut it in half. Halve the Tuscan sausages. Cut the onions into 6 parts. Wipe the mushrooms with kitchen paper.
  2. Put the parsley and garlic in a bowl. Pour in the oil and add pepper to taste. Add the sausage, the onions and the mushrooms. Mix until everything is covered with oil.
  3. Baste alternately every mushroom, Tuscan sausage, onion, cervelat sausage, mushroom, Tuscan sausage, onion and cervalat sausage. Grill the skewers for about 8 minutes on the barbecue.
  4. You can make the skewers on the day itself in the morning or in the afternoon. Keep covered in the refrigerator.
