Grilled fish with spinach salad
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, pangasius fillet (fish), olive oil (with lemon flavor (bottle of 250 ml)), green beans, red onion, fresh basil ((15 g), only the leaves) and capers.

Cut the fish into thick strips and spread thinly with the lemon oil.

Let the fish stand for a moment.

Remove the hard piece at the bottom of the green beans, but leave the graceful tip on the other side.

Cut the onion into thin parts and put them in a bowl with ice cold water.

Cook the green beans for 6-8 minutes in water with a little salt.

Rinse them under cold running water and let them drain.

Spoon the beans with the rest of the lemon oil and sprinkle with salt and (freshly ground) pepper to taste.

Heat the grill pan.

Gril the strips of fish 2-3 minutes per side, then sprinkle with salt and (freshly ground) pepper to taste.

Spoon the beans with the red onion and basil and place the fish on top.

Sprinkle the whole with the capers..
