Spinach stew with egg
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, bacon, cooked spinach (a 300 g), crumbly potatoes, eggs, oil, red peppers (thin strips), semi-skimmed milk, yogonaise and shallot (finely chopped).

Remove from bacon fat.

Cut the bacon into strips.

Spinach slightly smaller cut.

Peel potatoes and cut into pieces.

Covered with water and salt potatoes in pan with water in 20 min.

In the meantime, boil eggs for 7 minutes, rinse and peel under cold running water.

Cut eggs into slices.

Heat oil in frying pan with non-stick coating.

Pepper and bacon on high heat 2 min.

Heat milk.

Drain potatoes and crush with milk and yogonaise.

Create spinach and paprika.

Season with salt and pepper.

Divide stew over two bowls.

Scallop scallop over stew.

Serve bacon and eggs on it..
