                                Heat margarine in pan and brown potatoes in 10-12 min.
- 
                                Lettuce clean, tear into small pieces and wash.
- 
                                Peel the apple, remove the cores and cut the apple into cubes.
- 
                                Mix lettuce, apple, walnuts, potatoes and vinaigrette and distribute on four plates.
- 
                                Cut pieces of ham and distribute them over lettuce.
- 
                                Goat cheese crumble above lettuce..
