Cut the slices of salami into small cubes. Fry the onion in butter until soft and glassy.

Cook the celery about 5 minutes. Drain. Cook the pasta in slightly salted water al dente.

While the pasta is boiling, heat the whipped cream and stir in the celery, the fried onion and the salami cubes.

Put the drained pasta in a heated dish. Stir the sauce through the pasta. Sprinkle cumin seeds over it.
