Stuffed bread roll with tuna
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, fougasse de boulogne (bake bread, a 350 g), tuna on oil (a 160 g), leeks, red peppers, olive oil and cayenne pepper.

Preheat the oven to 225 ºC.

Cut loaves of bread, hollow out and leave 1 cm thick wall (bread crumb is not used).

Draining the tuna.

Clean the leek and cut into rings.

Clean peppers and cut into pieces.

Heat oil in frying pan and gently fry leeks with paprika for 5 min.

Season with salt and cayenne pepper.

Mix tuna with vegetables.

Mix tuna mixture into bread balls and cover with a cap.

Bake bread rolls in aluminum foil and bake for another 15 minutes..
