Stir-fried chicory in herb sauce
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, chicory (200 g), butter or margarine, pre-cooked mini-carts (450 g), ham strips (refrigerated display case), crème fraiche (125 ml) and fresh cream cheese with herbs (125 g).

Clean chicory and finely chop.

Heat in hot butter and stir-fry in about 3 to 4 minutes.

Add boil, ham, crème fraiche and cheese, bring to the boil and cook over medium heat for about 8 to 10 minutes..
