Caribbean pork roulade
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pork fillet (a 600 g), orange (cleaned), lime (cleaned), oil, brown rum (or a few drops of rumessence), light brown sugar (or dark), ground pimento and fresh thyme ( finely chopped).

Pork roulade in a large plastic bag. Peel thinly from orange and lime, and press fruit. In the marinade marinade beating orange and lime zest, orange and lime juice, oil, rum, sugar and allspice. Pour marinade into a plastic bag, close the plastic bag and shake the bag so that the whole roulade is covered with marinade. Place the roulade in a bag in a bowl and marinate in a refrigerator overnight. Turn bag with roulade occasionally.
