Chicken nuggets


Kid's recipe for baking chicken nuggets in the frying pan. With a crispy layer of bread crumbs.

Directions

  1. Put the flour and the salt in a bowl. Stir in the yogurt and water with a fork or whisk until the batter is smooth (without lumps!).
  2. Break the egg over the batter into the bowl and stir well. Add a little pepper.
  3. Cut each chicken fillet into 8 pieces. It is important that you cut all pieces equally thick, because then all nuggets will be cooked at the same time.
  4. Put the bread crumbs in a bowl. Prick a piece of chicken on a fork and first pass through the batter and then through the bread crumbs. Do this with all the pieces.
  5. You can now bake the chicken nuggets. Heat the oil over medium heat in a frying pan or skillet.
  6. Bake half of the nuggets in 5 minutes. Turn them around after about 2 minutes with tongs, so that they are nicely browned and cooked on all sides.
  7. Remove them from the pan and let them drain on kitchen paper. Do the same with the other half of the chicken nuggets.
  8. Yummy! .
