Kid's recipe for baking chicken nuggets in the frying pan. With a crispy layer of bread crumbs.

- 
                                Put the flour and the salt in a bowl. Stir in the yogurt and water with a fork or whisk until the batter is smooth (without lumps!).
- 
                                Break the egg over the batter into the bowl and stir well. Add a little pepper.
- 
                                Cut each chicken fillet into 8 pieces. It is important that you cut all pieces equally thick, because then all nuggets will be cooked at the same time.
- 
                                Put the bread crumbs in a bowl. Prick a piece of chicken on a fork and first pass through the batter and then through the bread crumbs. Do this with all the pieces.
- 
                                You can now bake the chicken nuggets. Heat the oil over medium heat in a frying pan or skillet.
- 
                                Bake half of the nuggets in 5 minutes. Turn them around after about 2 minutes with tongs, so that they are nicely browned and cooked on all sides.
- 
                                Remove them from the pan and let them drain on kitchen paper. Do the same with the other half of the chicken nuggets.
