Flower tortillas
A nice mexican recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: flour, soft vegetable margarine, salt and flour to pollinate.

Mix in a bowl of flour and margarine with fingertips to a crumbly mixture. Salt up in 1 1/2 dl of warm water. Mix water through flour mixture. Knead until smooth and firm dough at the kitchen counter. If dough is too dry, add some water, if dough is too wet, add some flour. Divide dough into 12 equal portions and turn into balls. Place balls next to each other on top of the sheet, cover with plastic foil and rest for approx. 1/2 hour.

Spray the countertop with flour and balls roll out one by one into thin round pieces with a diameter of approx. 18 cm. Heat heavy frying pan and cook dough pieces one by one for approx. 30 - 45 seconds until brown dots appear. If tortillas bulge, they are good. Wash tortillas in cloth and keep warm.
