Arrabbiata with paprika and vodka
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: red peppers (cleaned), olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), chilli (from mill), onions (in half rings), tomato cubes (a 400 g), tagliatelle (pasta bag 500 g), vodka ( bottle of 0.7 liter liquor) and Parmesan cheese.

Cut the pepper into strips. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic and chilli pepper for 1 min. Add the pepper and onion and fry for 7 minutes. Add the tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.

In the meantime, cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Add the vodka to the sauce and boil for another 1 min. Drain the pasta and spread over 4 plates. Spoon the sauce and scrape the cheese over it. Serve immediately. Delicious with a salad of Tasty tomatoes and mozzarella.
