Wonton soup
Asian soup with chicken, tiger prawns, spring onion, sherry, soy sauce, spinach and oyster sauce.

Ingredients
- 175 g chicken breast
- 125 g frozen tiger prawns raw and peeled, thawed
- 1 bunch onion bag of 3 pieces
- 1 tl dry sherry
- 2 tl soy sauce
- 1 tl sesame oil
- 5 sheet frozen filo pastry thawed
- 1,5 liter chicken broth from tablet
- 100 g mie
- 150 g Spinach crops
- 1 el Oyster sauce
- 1 el ginger syrup bottle of 250 ml

Directions

Cut the chicken into pieces and the spring onion in rings. Finely chop the chicken, prawns and spring onions in the food processor. Mix the sherry, soy sauce and sesame oil. Season with salt with salt.

Fold the filo sheets open, stack them and cut out 9 squares. On each of the 45 squares, make 1 full tl chicken mixture. Brush the edges of the squares with water, fold them diagonally, and fold the dots into envelopes.

Place the wontons on a floured dish. Bring a pan of plenty of water to the boil and boil the wontons with 15 at the same time for 3 minutes. Drain them in a colander.

Bring the stock to a boil in a soup pot. Boil the noodles for 4 minutes. Scoop the wontons, spinach, oyster sauce and ginger syrup.

Heat the soup for a while and season with salt and pepper. Spoon the soup into large bowls and serve with chopsticks.
