Mixed rice with shrimp dill sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, wild and white rice (a 250 g), broccoli florets (300 g), shallot (shredded), dry white wine, crème fraîche, cocktail shrimp (a 125 g), fresh dill ((a 15 g) and finely chopped).

Rice according to the instructions for cooking.

In other pan broccoli florets in plenty of water with salt in 5 minutes to cook al dente.

Brix shallot and white wine to the boil in saucepan and reduce to half on high heat.

Add crème fraîche and heat over low heat for 2 minutes, until smooth sauce.

Stir in shrimps and gently heat for 1 min.

Take the pan of fire and sprinkle the dill above it.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Serve rice with shrimps in dill sauce and broccoli florets..
