Meatballs with ham and cheese

Directions

  1. Cut the ham into thin strips.
  2. Finely chop the parsley.
  3. Cut the cheese into cubes so that there are 2 cubes per person.
  4. In a bowl, loosen the minced meat with a fork.
  5. Sprinkle some freshly ground pepper, nutmeg and little salt and break the egg above it.
  6. Divide breadcrumbs, ham and parsley over them and mix everything together.
  7. Knead until it will stick.
  8. Divide the minced meat into equal portions (2 per person) and press a block of cheese into each portion.
  9. Shape the mince around the cheese into nice balls and roll them through the flour.
  10. Heat the butter in the frying pan until the foam dries.
  11. Fry the meatballs on a fairly high heat around brown.
  12. Pour in 100 ml of water and throttle the balls covered in 10-12 minutes until tender, turning them regularly.
  13. Serve the meatballs with boiled potatoes and cauliflower.
