Toro (spicy fish soup)
A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, red onion, garlic, beef tomatoes, red pepper, mussels, olive oil, paprika, fish stock (a 380 ml), fish stock cube, dry white wine (Montestell), thyme, cod fillet, salt and freshly ground pepper. parsley.

Peel onion and cut into thin rings. Slice garlic and finely chop. Immerse tomatoes, immerse them in boiling water and dab with a knife. Cut tomatoes into small cubes. Season pepper, halve in length and remove seeds. Cut pepper into small pieces. Wash mussels thoroughly in a container with cold water. Hold the soup for about 5 minutes to boil and let cod. Season to taste with salt and pepper and remove thyme. Parsley finely cut and sprinkle over soup. Directly serve with roasted (stick) bread and possibly a fresh salad.
