White bean dish with lamb
A nice Turkish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, dried white beans, leg of legless lamb, beef sausages (a 100 g), onions, garlic, parsley, butter, dried chili pepper (chillie), paprika, cinnamon powder, tomato paste (70 g), tomato cubes ( a 400 g) and salt and pepper.

Washing beans. Sow about 8 hours in pan with 1 liter of water. Bring the beans to the boil in soaking water and cook gently for approx. 1 hour. Meanwhile, cut lamb into cubes and sausages into slices. Peel and chop onions and garlic. Remove beans and keep cooking water.

Heat in a large pan of butter and fry onion and garlic for about 2 minutes. Add meat and sausage and bake for about 5 minutes. Chilipep crumble and mix with paprika and cinnamon powder, tomato paste and tomato cubes. Bake for approx. 3 minutes. Add beans and 1 1/2 dl of cooking liquid and bring to the boil. Put the fire down and cover the meat in about 40 minutes. Parsley finely cut. Season the stew with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with mixed salad.
