Veal slices with mushrooms in mustard sauce

Stir in the mustard and crème fraiche.

Heat the butter and olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the veal strips briefly on both sides. Temper the heat source. Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper. Fry the veal patties for another 3 minutes per side. They must be just done. The correct baking time depends on the thickness of the pieces of meat.

Remove the meat from the pan and keep it warm by covering it with aluminum foil. Fry the slices of mushroom quickly and crisply in the remaining frying fat. Add the garlic.

Pour the mustard cream mixture into the pan with the mushrooms. Place the veal steaks on top of it. Add the olives. Warm everything equally well.

Spread meat, mushrooms and sauce over the plates. Sprinkle with parsley.

Eat cooked rice and peas or mixed cooked vegetables with this dish.
