Thai chicken skewers
A nice thai recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, oil, boemboe (red curry (a 125 g)), chicken fillet (in 3 x 3 cm cubes), Thai stir-fry mix (400 g), coconut milk (200 ml) and cashew nuts (unsalted) .

Stir 1 tbsp oil through half of the red curry and mix with the chicken cubes.

Baste the chicken on 8 sticks.

Grill the skewers about 8 minutes in a grill pan.

Times regularly.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a stir frying pan the Thai stir fry mix 1 min.

Add the rest of the red curry and the coconut milk pack to the vegetables.

Cook for 3-4 minutes so that the vegetables are cooked but still crispy.

Roast the cashews for 2 minutes.

Scoop the vegetables on 4 plates and sprinkle with the nuts.

Serve with the chicken skewers.
