Tartare with white cheese
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, green beans, potato slices (700 g), white cheese (crumbled), tartar, cherry tomatoes, lamb's lettuce (75 g), olive oil and (white wine) vinegar.

Cut the tips of the green beans and boil them in plenty of water with salt in 8-10 minutes until al dente.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a wok and scoop the potato slices through.

Fry the slices with the lid on the pan over a fairly high heat for 5-8 minutes.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a not too big frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the tarttails brown in 4-6 minutes; inside they may still be rosé.

Rinse the green beans in a colander under cold running water and let them drain.
