Red cabbage dish with pork tenderloin

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Grease the oven dish with butter. Prepare the mashed potatoes according to the instructions on the packaging. In the meantime, drain the red coals into a sieve, press out any excess liquid with the convex side of a spoon.

Cover the oven dish with a layer of red cabbage. Divide the mashed potatoes over it, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Take half of the remaining butter, make lumps. Put it on the dish. Put the dish in the oven. Let golden brown in 15 minutes.

In the meantime, heat the remaining butter in the frying pan. Rub the pork tenderloin with salt and possibly salt. Bake per side for 5-7 minutes brown and done. Wipe the mushrooms and bake them for the last 3 minutes.
