Lukewarm pasta salad with tuna, artichoke hearts and string beans

Cook the farfalle al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, cut the onion. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 2 minutes.

Add the string beans, walnut melange and pepper and cook on medium heat for 6 minutes. Change regularly.

Meanwhile, roast the lemon, grate the yellow skin and press ½ fruit.

Let the artichoke hearts drain, cut into quarters and cut the leaves of basil into strips.

Remove the frying pan from the heat. Mix the string beans, pasta, artichoke hearts, lemon zest, basil and 2 tbsp lemon juice on a large flat dish.

Scoop the tuna through, season with pepper and serve.
