Leek with cheese cream sauce and pork chop
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes, short leeks, butter, hare chops, cream sauce (for vegetables and pasta (44 g)), Danish blue (blue cheese, 100 g) and fresh parsley (a 30 g).

Peel potatoes, wash and boil in 20 minutes with salt.

Clean the leek and cut into 2 cm short pieces.

Heat half of butter in pan and gently simmer for 10 minutes.

Pour chops with pepper.

Heat remaining butter in frying pan and cook in 10 minutes until tender.

Add a sauce mix and 250 ml water to leek and bring to the boil.

Add cheese and let it melt.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Parsley finely cut.
-
Shake potatoes with parsley.

Pour chops with salt.

Arrange the leek with potatoes and pork chop..
