Chicken teriyaki and sesame beans
A nice Japanese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, rice, sesame seed (27 g), green beans (2 packs a 450 g, frozen), sunflower oil, chicken fillet (in strips) and wok essentials teriyaki (a 240 ml).

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, toast the sesame seed in a frying pan without oil or butter in approx. 2-3 min. Let cool on a plate.

Put the frozen green beans in the microwave dish with a small piece of water. Cover with microwave foil. Steam the beans in the microwave at 700 watts in 13 minutes until al dente.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the chicken in 6-8 minutes until brown and done. Pour in the teriyaki sauce and heat for a further 1 min. Add pepper to taste.

Pour the green beans and pour the sesame seed through. Season with salt. Divide the rice with the teriyaki chicken over 4 deep bowls. Serve with the sesame beans.
