Stew with vegetarian balls, potato wedges and kidney beans.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
  2. Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 2 minutes. Scoop the cumin through.
  3. Add the drained beans and tomatoes, bring to the boil and add pepper and salt. Scoop in the baking dish.
  4. Scoop the potato wedges through. Put the balls in between. Cover with aluminum foil.
  5. Cook the bean dish in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle the coarsely cut parsley over it.
