Veal or pork stews with shallots and strawberries
A delicious recipe for veal or pork stews with shallots and strawberries.
Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper.
Clean the strawberries and puree half of them.
Stir in lemon juice, honey and a dash of ground pepper through the strawberry puree.
Preheat the oven to 100ºC.
Heat the baking product and fry the meat in 8 minutes around golden brown. Then put it covered in the oven.
Fry the shallots for 2 minutes in the frying fat of the meat.
Add the rosé and gently simmer for 5-7 minutes without the lid. Let the rosé boil.
Serve the meat with the shallots.
Drip some strawberry puree on the plates and garnish with whole strawberries and basil.
