                                Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the potatoes with the lid on the pan in 8 min. Until cooked and brown. Change regularly.

                                Meanwhile, put the minced meat in a bowl together with the breadcrumbs, the egg and the muster. Season with pepper and salt.

                                Knead well and make balls the size of a bantam. Add to the potatoes and fry in 5 minutes until done.
