Directions

  1. Cut the pointed peppers into strips.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the onion and paprika for three minutes.
  3. Fry the paprika and thyme for a while.
  4. Stir in the tomato cubes with water and salt and pepper and smother the sauce covered in ten minutes until soft.
  5. Meanwhile, cook in a pan with plenty of water and salt the spaghetti in 12 minutes until al dente.
  6. Add a tablespoon of pasta cooking liquid to the paprika mixture and let it simmer for a while.
  7. Puree it into a smooth sauce.
  8. Drain the spaghetti and stir in the pepper sauce and hamlets.
  9. Warm for a moment.
  10. Serve the spaghetti and sprinkle the parsley and pecorino over it.
