Cheese tortilla with mushrooms and shrimps


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, iceberg lettuce, mushrooms, peppers (in three colors), tortillas (flour (360 g)), grated cheese (light spicy 25 (a 100 g)), corn oil, jumbo shrimp (100 g) and guacamole dip (315 g).

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
  2. Cut into strips.
  3. Clean mushrooms and cut into quarters.
  4. Half cut peppers in very narrow rings and rest in pieces.
  5. Place 4 tortillas on baking sheet (in case of a smaller oven to heat tortillas) and sprinkle with half of the cheese.
  6. Melt cheese under grill.
  7. Lay on 4 plates.
  8. Place remaining tortillas on baking sheet, sprinkle with cheese and melt.
  9. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan.
  10. Chop the pieces of bell pepper and mushrooms for 3 minutes.
  11. Shrimp for 1 min.
  12. Season with salt and pepper.
  13. Put tortillas on plates with some lettuce.
  14. Make a large spoonful of mushroom mixture and spoonful of gaucamole.
  15. Fold the bottom and sides so that tortilla stays open at the top.
  16. Fill other tortillas in the same way.
  17. Mix leftover lettuce with peppers.
  18. Guacamole with it..
