Sauerkraut with pork fillet and dried fruit
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, tutti frutti, cooked wine sauerkraut ((250 g) pack '520 g), apple juice, pork fillets, coarse mustard, butter, mashed potatoes (550 g) and crème fraîche (125 ml).

In the saucepan, wine sauerkraut and apple juice should be simmered for approx.

15 minutes.

Cover fillets with coarse mustard.

Heat in butter.

Fill the fillets and cook until golden brown and cooked over a medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Turn halfway through baking time.

Heat in a microwave oven mashed potatoes at full power (700 watts) in approx.

5 minutes.

Drain the sauerkraut, stir in the crème fraîche.

Reduce the puree in a bowl, add sauerkraut through it.

Place fillets on sauerkraut..
