Meal salad with smoked mackerel

Chop the parsley roughly. Cut the tips of the snow peas. Cook the snow peas in a pan with plenty of boiling water and salt in 3-4 minutes until al dente. Rinse them in a sieve under cold water and let them drain well. Peel the bunches with a peeler and then scrape them into long ribbons. Cut the peppers into long thin strips.

In a bowl, mix leaf lettuce with paprika, carrots ribbons and snow peas. Put the vinegar and olive oil through. Spoon in a bowl of hüttenkäse with mustard, parsley and freshly ground pepper. Remove the head and tail from the mackerel and pull the sheet away. Remove the pieces of mackerel from the bones.

Divide the salad over the plates and put the pieces of mackerel on top. Spoon the cottage cheese mixture in the middle.
