Free-range chicken with orange filling
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, free-range chicken (about 1 1/2 kg), butter (at room temperature), olive oil, smoked breakfast bacon (about 125 g), thyme (15 g), old white bread, orange (scrubbed) and garlic (chopped).
