Cut the avocado half in half. Remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel.

Cut the avocado into thin slices and drizzle with the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Heat the grill pan. Brush the tortilla wraps thick with the tuna salad.

Cut the spring onion into rings. Divide the fricandeau, avocado, spring onions and rocket salad over the tuna salad. Drip the oil over the arugula.

Roll up the tortillas firmly and brush the outside with the oil.

Place the wraps on the folding seam in the grill pan and grill in 2-3 min. Light brown, turn halfway.
