Stew with chicken and peach
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, peaches, chicken frying sticks, red onions (in thin segments), garlic (in slices), lemon (in slices), green olives, ground cumin and extra virgin olive oil with garlic and chili pepper.

Cut peaches into quarters and remove kernel.

Carefully pull off pieces with a sharp blade.

Chop the chicken into smaller pieces (frying sticks contain bone, watch out for splinters).

Fry pieces of chicken with onion, garlic, peach, lemon and olives carefully.

Sprinkle cumin, salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle oil over it.

Bring everything together again.

Put the covered dish on soft heat slowly to the boil and gently simmer for about 40 minutes.

Rub carefully regularly.
