Fish tarts with mustard mayo
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, coalfish (thawed), cornstarch (or potato flour), whipped cream, lemon (in 5 parts), eggs, semi-skimmed mayonnaise, Zaanse mustard and sunflower oil.

Slice or chop the coalfish very finely with a sharp knife or coarsely ground the fish in the food processor.

In a bowl, stir in the cornstarch or potato flour with the whipped cream and add salt, pepper and the juice of 1 part of lemon to taste. Beat the eggs first through the cream paste and then mix the fish well. Keep this mixture in the refrigerator until use.

Mix together the mayonnaise and the mustard.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and spoon with 8 scoops of the fish mixture in the pan and press them flat. Bake the tarts on medium heat about 4 minutes. Turn the tarts and bake the other side for 4 minutes.

Divide the tarttails over 4 plates and spoon a spoon of mustard mayo. Put a lemon part next to it. Tasty with fries and a salad.
