Chinese food? With this recipe you can make tjaptjoi in 20 minutes without meat or fish, but with lots of vegetables

Directions

  1. Drain the miniature flasks and cut them in half lengthwise.
  2. Cook the noodles al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Beat the eggs with the sambal, 3 tbsp water and salt and pepper. Heat the wok oil in a frying pan and bake an omelet in 3 minutes. Turn halfway.
  4. In the meantime, heat the stir-frying oil in a stir-frying pan, stirring the stir-fry mix for 3 minutes. Add the corncobs and stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
  5. Add the ketjapmarinadeen the water to the vegetables (tjaptjoi). Season with the sesame oil, pepper and salt. Add the noodle and stir for a moment.
  6. Cut the omelette into points and lay on a scale. Serve with the tjaptjoi. Bon appétit! .
