Toperdoezer round with herring salad and chive sauce
Salad of Opperdoezer Round, tomatoes, endive and herring fillet, with a mayonnaise with onion, garlic and chives.

Wash the potatoes under the tap and boil them in water with salt in 20-25 minutes until done. Drain.

Meanwhile, cut the onion. Slice the chives. Put in a bowl and mix with the mayonnaise.

Press the garlic above it. Add the water and season with salt and salt.

Cut the tomatoes into cubes and mix with the endive and a few tablespoons of chive sauce. Remove the skin from the herring fillets and divide into portions.

Divide the salad over the plates. Cut the potatoes open and scoop the rest of the chive sauce into it. Serve with the herring fillets.
