Chicken-in-red wine oven


Chicken with potatoes, vegetables and rosemary cooked in red wine ready in 15 minutes.

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the diced potatoes in 12 min. Until golden brown. Change regularly.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the onions in half rings and halve the slices of bacon.
  3. Fry the bacon in another frying pan without oil or butter in 6 min. On medium heat. Add the onion and rosemary needles and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the chicken and fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in the wine and allow to reduce for 2 minutes on high heat.
  6. Divide the broccoli into florets and cook in 4 minutes until al dente.
  7. Serve the chicken stew with the potato diced and broccoli.
  8. Bon appétit! .
