Directions

  1. Prepare couscous according to instructions.
  2. Peel and chop onions.
  3. Clean tomatoes and cut into pieces.
  4. Peppers drain and cut into strips.
  5. Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan and fry gently for 2 min.
  6. Tomatoes and peppers for 3 minutes.
  7. Mix tomato mixture with couscous.
  8. Heat residual oil in frying pan.
  9. Cheese schnitzels in 3 min.
  10. Brown and cooking trays.
  11. Beat by creating couscous.
  12. Couscous with cheese schnitzels and garlic sauce..
