Grilled tuna with mustard oil


A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, red onion, green pepper, red pepper, olive oil, Dijonnaise mustard and tuna steaks.

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
  2. Peel onion and cut into thin rings.
  3. Cut off caps and undersides from the caps, remove seeds, wash and cut peppers into thin rings.
  4. Fry 1 tbsp oil gently in frying pan.
  5. Add onion and peppers, add 2 tbsp water and simmer on soft heat in approx.
  6. 10 min.
  7. (Albeit slightly al dente).
  8. In the meantime stir-fry mustard and 2 tbsp oil.
  9. Sprinkle tuna steaks with pepper and rub with mustard oil on both sides.
  10. Tuna steaks under the grill in approx.
  11. 4 min.
  12. Rosé grilling, halfway turning.
  13. Spread pepper and onion rings over two preheated plates.
  14. Place the tuna on sweet peppers.
  15. The rest of oil is sprinkled around it drop by drop..
