Roll up the slices of bacon. Cut each bratwurst into 3 pieces and place these pieces slightly apart on a shelf.

Place the rolls of bacon between the pieces of sausage and place a leaf of sage on each side of the rolls of bacon. Put the ingredients on the skewers in this order.
