Noodles with chicken and mango
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, egg noodles (250 g), broccoli (in florets), sunflower oil, chicken fillet (in pieces), red onion (in half rings), soy sauce (bottle 250 ml), mango (peeled and in strips) ), coriander ((15 g) and only the leaves).

Cook the noodles al dente according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, cook the broccoli in 5 minutes until al dente.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the chicken breast over a high heat for about 4 minutes until tender and golden brown. Fry the onion for the last 2 minutes. Add the soy sauce and the mango.

Finally add the noodles and continue to heat. Season with salt and pepper. Spread over 4 plates and sprinkle with the coriander. Serve with the broccoli.
