Directions

  1. Cut the lemon into 4 thin slices. Peel the rest of the lemon to the flesh. Remove the thick stalks from the dill.
  2. Mix the dill, sugar, peeled lemon with the oil in a high mixing cup and finely grind with a hand blender. Add mustard, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Boil the vegetables in plenty of boiling water with salt in 10 min. Then pour off.
  5. Bring 1.5 liters of water with the fish stock in a large pan to the boil.
  6. Place the frozen cod in the liquid and bring to the boil. Let the fish cook over low heat for 8 minutes.
  7. Spread the pasta and the vegetables over the plates and lay the cod next to it. Spoon a spoonful of herb oil over the fish and put a slice of lemon on it.
  8. Put the rest of the oil on the table.
