Salmon burger with dragons and string beans
A treat for the whole family. Crispy fried salmon burger with baby potatoes with butter and tarragon. Finish with a fresh yoghurt dip.

Wash the potatoes and halve them. Boil them unpeeled in a large pan of water with salt if necessary in 20 minutes.

In the meantime, bring another pot of water to the boil.

In the meantime, remove the stalk of the beans, cut into 3 cm slanted pieces and boil for 8 minutes in the boiling water al dente.

Meanwhile, clean the shallot and cut it. Add the last minute to the string beans. Let the pickles cubes drain.

Drain the string beans with scallion and scoop with the pickle. Season with pepper and salt.

Heat the butter in a large frying pan and fry the salmon burgers in 8 min. On medium heat until golden brown and done. Turn halfway.

Drain the potatoes and scoop with butter and tarragon. Season with pepper. Stir in the yogurt with the mayonnaise.

Serve the salmon burgers with the string beans with pickle, potatoes and yoghurt dip.
