Start with the stew. Heat the oil in a stir-fry spoon the potatoes, the carrot balls, the onion and the cumin. Stir fry 3 minutes.

Pour in the stock and gently simmer for 15 minutes.

Heat the baking product for the beef strips and fry the meat around brown in 3 minutes.

Add soy sauce, hacheekruiden and 300 milliliters of warm water and simmer for 4 minutes. Tie the moisture with the cornstarch and add salt and pepper to taste.
