Ingredients
- 1 orange
- 500 gram chicken breast in wide strips
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 50 gram butter
- 4 shallot shredded
- 400 milliliters White wine
- 200 gram Chestnut mushroom in four, possibly
- 1 mespoint curry powder
- 125 milliliters creme fraiche
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoon celeriac minced meat

Directions

Clean the orange. Cut strings off the skin and press the fruit.

Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat the oil and half of the butter and fry the chicken breast golden brown.

Fry the shallots for a while. Pour in the wine and simmer for 15 minutes.

Heat the rest of the butter and fry the mushrooms with curry powder. Add the orange juice.

Mix crème fraîche, egg yolk and some chicken's steam. Stir this mixture without cooking through the cooking liquid into a light-bound sauce.

Spoon the mushrooms and celery through them. Garnish with the strings of orange.
