Stew raw spinach with chicken


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, crisp potatoes (peeled and chopped), onion (chopped), butter, mild curry powder, chicken breasts, almond shavings, cooking cream (bottle of 250 ml) and ready-to-eat spinach.

Directions

  1. Potatoes boil for about 20 minutes.
  2. Bake the onion in a glassy butter, curry powder for 1 min.
  3. Rub chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place between onion.
  4. Chicken in 10 min.
  5. Brown and cooked through.
  6. Spread golden brown in dry frying pan almond shavings.
  7. Cook the cooking cream gently.
  8. Drain potatoes and mash them with hot cooking cream.
  9. Mix onion mixture with shortening and half of almond shavings with puree.
  10. Spinach in portions by puree.
  11. Warm the stew on low heat for a short while so that spinach slightly shrinks.
  12. Season with salt and pepper.
  13. Cut chicken fillets into slices.
  14. Divide stew over four plates and place slices of chicken on them.
  15. Garnish with the rest of almond shavings..
